Mohammad Ehteshami

Mohammad was born in Iran. He came to the United States in 1978 and attended Old Dominion University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1982. He earned his Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Mohammad joined General Electric Aviation in 1984 and had assignments in Cincinnati, Wilmington, and France.

He worked in the Engineering and the Supply Chain Division on all Commercial and military Engines, he became the Team Leader to develop the GE90, the most Powerful Engine . In 1998, he was promoted to Manager of Development Assembly and Instrumentation and in 2000 to Manager of Combustor Design Engineering.

In July of 2003 he was promoted to General Manager, Rotating Parts Center of Excellence. He joined the GE Oil & Gas as General Manager of Engineering in March of 2006 and was promoted to the position of Vice President of Engineering GE Oil & Gas in June of 2007
